NBA Player Props Today – Friday, March 28, 2025
- Evan Mobley Over/Under 20.5 Points + Assists
- Miles Bridges Over/Under 6.5 Rebounds
- Nikola Jokic Over/Under 11.5 Rebounds
Evan Mobley OVER 20.5 Points + Assists (-125, DraftKings)
There have been no official reports suggesting that Donovan Mitchell is out tonight against the Pistons, but he did play 35 minutes last night and Cleveland has all but clinched the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference playoff picture. Thus, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Mitchell rest tonight, especially considering that he’s been a little bit banged up since the All-Star Break.
If Mitchell does end up sitting, this is tremendous value on Mobley. Entering play on Friday, he’s recorded at least 23 points + assists in all 7 games he’s played this season with Mitchell inactive. According to CourtIQ, Mobley is averaging 24.8 points and 4.9 assists per 36 minutes with Mitchell off of the floor this season.
Even if Mitchell suits up, this is a playable number that should have close to a 50/50 chance to cash. It’s probably worth grabbing some of this number early in the day, just in case the Cavaliers take a conservative approach with Mitchell.
Miles Bridges OVER 6.5 Rebounds (-140, DraftKings)
LaMelo Ball, Tre Mann, and Brandon Miller have all been ruled out for the Hornets. This season, Bridges has recorded 7+ rebounds in 14 of 16 games in which all 3 of those players have been inactive, including 7 of 8 road games. The lone miss came last Friday against the Thunder, a team that ranks in the top half of the NBA on the glass since the All-Star Break.
Bridges has 10+ rebound chances in all 9 games he’s played this season with Ball inactive, including 7 games of 12+ rebound chances. Toronto has done a good job keeping forwards off of the glass since the All-Star Break, but this is still a playable number.
Nikola Jokic OVER 11.5 Rebounds (-102, FanDuel)
Since the All-Star Break, no team in basketball has allowed more rebounds per game to centers than the Jazz. Jokic has collected 12+ rebounds in 19 of 32 home games this season (59%), including 7 of 15 games decided by 10+ points. He’s averaging 12.7 rebounds per game in front of his home fans this season and 13.2 rebounds per game overall during the month of March.
There is some obvious blowout risk in this matchup, but then again, there is some level of blowout risk in every NBA game. This is a great matchup for Jokic.
