Week 8 of the NFL regular season will conclude with a Monday Night Football matchup between the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks.

Kickoff from Lumen Field is set for 8:15 pm ET on ESPN.

The NFL odds for this matchup have the Seahawks favored by 3 points ahead of kickoff, a significant market adjustment after Seattle opened as 5-point favorites for this game back in August.

The total for this game has dropped to over/under 46.5 points after opening at 47.5.

Below, you can find three of my favorite player props for Bears vs. Seahawks!

Best NFL Player Props for Bears vs. Seahawks

Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 PM ET on Monday, November 2nd:

Caleb Williams UNDER 224.5 Passing Yards (+104, Novig)

There have only been three defenses in the NFL this season that have held opposing quarterbacks under their season averages for EPA/play in every game this season – the Vikings, Seahawks, and Broncos.

Seattle’s pass defense entered Week 8 ranked 4th in my schedule-adjusted EPA/play ratings. Marcus Mariota and Drake Maye are the only quarterbacks to finish with a positive EPA/play against the Seahawks in 2026. Patrick Mahomes, Brock Purdy, and Bo Nix are among the notable names who have struggled against Seattle.

Williams is a top-tier signal caller, but this is a brutal matchup in one of the league’s most hostile environments. The under has value.

Caleb Williams UNDER 25.5 Rushing Yards (-115, DraftKings)

Williams hasn’t looked particularly bothered since coming back from injury, but he’s nonetheless gone under this number in consecutive starts, rushing for only 3 yards against the Falcons and 18 yards against the Patriots.

Seattle has played the 2nd-highest rate of zone defense this fall, which means their defenders nearly always have eyes on the quarterback when dropping into coverage. This usually limits quarterbacks from breaking free from the pocket for big gains.

ScoresAndOdds has Williams projected for only 21 rushing yards on Monday Night Football.

Zach Charbonnet OVER 27.5 Rushing Yards (-113, DraftKings)

Charbonnet is coming back from a serious injury, so he’s likely to see a limited workload this evening against the Bears.

That said, Jadarian Price and Emanuel Wilson have both struggled with ball security early in 2026, and both of those running backs were behind Charbonnet on the projected depth chart ahead of Week 1.

The coaching staff and front office in Seattle has spoken highly of Charbonnet throughout training camp and the early portion of the regular season as he’s worked his way back into game shape. This is a low number for a player who is clearly an organizational priority.
