Derek Hein's Bio
Derek Hein has been the Manager of Government Affairs at DraftKings since Fall, 2015. He previously worked as a contract lobbyist in Kansas and was successful in passing the very first fantasy sports bill in the DFS era. Prior to working at DraftKings, Derek was an avid DFS player and RotoGrinders subscriber. He is a die-hard fan of the Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas City Royals, and Kansas City Chiefs. He lives in Lawrence, Kansas with his wife and three children.
