States Where SuperBook Sports is Live

SuperBook made its triumphant debut in Las Vegas in Nevada in 1993 and like most sports betting providers, has started to take advantage of the Supreme Court’s overturning of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act in 2018. Since states gained the right to determine whether or not legal sports betting was a fit for them, SuperBook has ventured to Colorado in 2020 and later expanded into New Jersey and Arizona.

After Arizona, SuperBook went live in Tennessee in late April 2022. Superbook came to Iowa in October 2022 and also announced a partnership with the Baltimore Orioles to launch in Maryland. Ohio was the most recent state to get SuperBook. The company partnered with FC Cincinnati and launched in the state on January 1, 2023.

Growth and expansion have become a theme among participating sportsbooks spanning the entire US scene. SuperBook is a name that figures to become more and more prominent throughout the US in the coming months and years.

SuperBook Sports Safety and Security

Some of the main questions new bettors have surround the safety and security of online sports betting, or their chosen sportsbook in particular. We found, as with most regulated sportsbooks, that SuperBook has taken the necessary steps and has used only the best encryption software available.

SuperBook Sports has cleared regulatory standards in 4 US states so far, meaning that their security measures have gone through a number of different audits. We searched and haven’t found any issues so far with SuperBook’s retail or mobile betting products. You can trust them. You can deposit with confidence, and know that your bets will be honored and your payouts processed.

SuperBook Sports Software Review

SuperBook Mobile App screenshots
SuperBook Sports Mobile App

SuperBook Sports has evolved from one of the most immersive retail-only sports betting experience into one of the most impressive mobile sports betting destinations in the industry. It is available for download for iOS and Android devices and SuperBook also offers a desktop version that has proven just as functional as the mobile app. You don’t lose anything in the overall experiencing by using the desktop version or the app.

Built on famous Miomni software and employing the most respected and up-to-date sports betting software in the business, SuperBook Sports mobile app offers a quick and responsive platform that is pleasant and easy to use. The SuperBook mobile app offers the speed and stability one would expect from an experienced high-end sports betting provider. We found the mobile app and the desktop versions to be quick, up-to-date, and reliable.

As far as visual design, SuperBook’s mobile app is the most average aspect of their overall wagering experience. In comparing SuperBook Sports app with their competition, we found the graphics to be somewhat flat. While clean, SuperBook’s appearance is on the bland side. That said, their appearance makes the site less busy than others we compared it to – something that may be appealing to bettors more concerned with SuperBook’s content rather than the flash of other providers in the space.

Available Sports on SuperBook

SuperBook has become synonymous for the wide variety of sports that they offer the betting public. As one of the first all-encompassing sportsbooks on the market, we didn’t find much that sets the book apart from the rash of competition within the US legal sports betting space. Reputation seems to have had an effect on SuperBook’s status – their menu to our surprise doesn’t exactly set them apart.

SuperBook Sports offers a ton of different bets, from pro North American sports to US-based collegiate action to major global sports leagues. There is a heavy focus on North American sporting action, however. Bettors in states that SuperBook is active won’t have to search too hard to find the sport or league they want to place a wager on. Their sports menu includes:

SuperBook Betting Markets

One area that SuperBook excels is in the betting markets they offer their users. Along with the number of options comes some of the best odds in the business. We also found that the SuperBook app offers a larger menu of markets than the retail facility in Las Vegas.

SuperBook’s betting markets are on par with their competition around the country with a few intriguing wrinkles for bettors to consider. As an independent book with some of the best oddsmakers on the planet, SuperBook is able to offer a wide variety of creative betting options not seen at other sportsbooks. The variety of bets offered by SuperBook is wide, but they all fall into the traditional bet type categories, including:

Moneyline – A moneyline bet is the most straightforward bet-type offered by SuperBook and other competing providers. It is simply betting on the winner/loser of a game. You might see odds like -170/+140. That just means that the favorite is -170 to win by any amound and the underdog is +140.

Point Spread – This betting opportunity takes into account the point spread, or the number sportsbooks set out for a team to win by. The winner has to win by more than a certain number in order for you to win the bet. If you see something like Rams -4.5 (-110) that means if you bet on the Rams they have to win by 5 or more for you to win the bet. The -110 is the price of the bet. On the other side, if you see Bengals +4.5, that means the team can win or lose by 1,2,3, or 4 points.

Total – Referred to by many as the Over/Under, if you take this bet option you are wagering on a certain number of points instead of a team. You just take the over or the under. Very simple.

Prop bets – These bets are almost limitless and are related to teams or individual players. Think LeBron will score a lot of points in his upcoming game against the Pistons? You can bet that he will go over his 21.5 projected point total. Will the Rams score more points than the Bengals in the first quarter of their game? You can bet on it. Prop bets are a nice way to get action down on all aspects of a sporting event.

Futures – A futures bet is a bet on something that will happen in the future. Think the Mariners will win the AL West? You can lock them in before the season starts. Got a hunch the Jaguars will win the AFC in 2022? You can get a very tasty price on them by making a futures bet.

Parlay – Everyone likes to try turning a little money into a lot of money. That’s why the lottery is so popular. Parlays are all the rage these days because people want to bet a small amount and try to win a large amount. It doesn’t matter that the odds are long. The investment is small, so it is worth the sweat.

Teasers – Think a team will win by may not cover the spread? Want to pair that bet with a point total wager? Teasers are the way to do that. If Michigan is favored by 8 over Ohio State and the total is 50, a standard 6-point teaser would being the bet down to -2 and 44, which improves the likelihood of winning but also reduces the payout.

Live betting – An increasingly popular form of wager that takes place after a game has already started. You can bet on a continuously updated point spread or moneyline or even on the result of the next play. Live betting offers dozens of options to predict the action as it unfolds.

Of note, the volume of prop bets available with SuperBook is one area that sets the provider apart from others. SuperBook’s top-tier collection of oddsmakers provide the largest collection of prop bets in the business. One recent NFL game has over 1400 different prop bet-types available.

Like other sportsbooks competing in the bustling US legal sports betting scene, SuperBook has dedicated a fair amount of attention on Live Betting options as well. Live Betting is time-sensitive due to the fact that bettors are concentrating on action developing during the game. We found that SuperBook’s app does a tremendous job in delivering real-time stats to support their incredible range of live betting options.

SuperBook Banking Options

SuperBook offers a wide array of banking options for their customers but with each new state comes a different set of rules. In Nevada, in-person deposits and withdrawals are the only option. With other states hosting the SuperBook platform, there are more options available, including:

SuperBook Customer Service

Scanning the SuperBook app, there are few holes. Customer Service happens to be the one aspect that SuperBook falls a little short with, unfortunately. Unlike other sports betting apps, support options aren’t readily available on the main page.

Users are forced to dig just a bit for Customer Service options on the SuperBook app. Once there, users will find a reasonably good FAQ section that answers a lot of pertinent queries for users such as how to register, payment options and information about the bet-types available with SuperBook.

Live Chat is there, but it’s not as easy to access as on other sites. Email and phone support are there for SuperBook Sports clientele but like all of their other Customer Service options is a tad difficult to access.

While other sites have put an obvious emphasis on their Customer Service options, SuperBook seems a step behind in that regard. We expect that they will soon offer bettors a more comprehensive and user-friendly Customer Service angle.

About SuperBook Sports

SuperBook Sports was one of the first large-scale sportsbooks in the country and is still one of the most high-profile, despite having a relatively small footprint. Launching in Las Vegas in 1993 as a brick-and-mortar sports betting facility, SuperBook at Westgate Las Vegas has grown into an impressive, immersive sporting experience. Their ability to speak to casual and hardened sports fans alike, along with their years of providing an elite sports betting experience should serve SuperBook Sports well in its attempt to crack the online sports betting industry.

Unlike most competing sportsbooks in the Las Vegas market, SuperBook Sports operates as an independent entity, untethered to any corporation. SuperBook’s independence brings with it unique sports betting experience, both at SuperBook’s retail facility and through the SuperBook Sports app, active in the Nevada market since 2016. The app has thus far been successful in the states where it is live. Along with what SuperBook touts as one of the largest menus of sports to bet on in the world, SuperBook Sports is renowned for having some of the best point spreads and odds in the business. Competitive odds are becoming more of an important factor for bettors shopping for a sportsbook as more operators go live in states with legalized sports betting.

SuperBook’s expertise doesn’t just stop with their customer experience. The company has grown a team of professionals to assist other businesses involved in sports betting. Their business-to-business model shares oddsmaking expertise, technological know-how, statistical analysis, and risk management queries for companies already involved or are hoping to get involved in the sports betting business.

From top-to-bottom, SuperBook is staffed with experts in the business that cater to their customer base and even their potential competition in the space.
