Pennsylvania

Indiana

• Casino Partner: Horseshoe Hammond
• Unibet operates in Indiana through a partnership agreement with Caesars Entertainment. However, Caesars Sportsbook remains the online betting option that is advertised on-site. This means that in-person transactions at the Horseshoe Hammond, both deposits and withdrawals, are not permitted on Unibet IN. You’ll have to fund your account online.

Virginia

• License Partner: None, Unibet received a license directly from the VA Lottery
• Unibet went live in Virginia on April 28, 2021.
• You cannot bet on in-state college sports teams in Virginia, nor can you place prop bets on college players/events. Just about everything else is fair game, though.

Arizona

• License Partner: Quechan Tribe of the Fort Yuma Indian Reservation
• In a somewhat surprising move, Unibet found a partner in Arizona and went live on September 9, Day 1 for sports betting in the state.
• All types of betting are available in AZ, including college teams in the state (but no player props)

Where To Next?

A lot is happening in the world of iGaming within the U.S. With every legislative session new states are looking at sports betting with newfound vigor and excitement. Ontario was the first province to allow outside sportsbooks to become fully licensed and regulated when it opened for business on April 4, 2022. Unibet decided to get a license rather than operate unregulated in the country, and went live in Ontario in April 2022.
