Injuries derailed many of my Week 6 builds, and to make matters worse, Will Levis struggled in what should have been a favorable matchup against the Colts. This week presents a much better slate, with higher-quality quarterback play in some phenomenal matchups. Getting the right game stack with explosive potential while also mixing in key pieces from other games will be crucial for success in this weekend’s slate. It’s not just about finding a high-scoring game- it’s about identifying those pivotal players who can push your lineup over the top and stay ahead of the competition.

Teams are starting to establish their identities, while others are on the verge of significant changes, especially with the movement of key wide receivers. That’s why now is the perfect time to consider subscribing to our NFL DFS optimizer. This is the top tool in the industry, designed to quickly adapt to these shifts and backed by our expert projections team. It gives you the edge needed to stay ahead as the landscape continues to evolve.

Stacks

Sam Darnold ($6,200, QB, Minnesota Vikings)

Justin Jefferson ($8,500, WR, Minnesota Vikings)

Jordan Addison ($5,600, WR, Minnesota Vikings)

Amon Ra St. Brown ($8,300, WR, Detroit Lions)

Coming off the bye week and facing the division leader, the Vikings’ passing attack is in a great spot, especially with the Lions losing their best pass rusher. Justin Jefferson has dominated the Lions’ defense, averaging 134 yards per game in his career against them, and their defensive philosophy hasn’t changed.

The Lions play man coverage at one of the highest rates in the league, which is ideal for Jordan Addison, who has excelled at creating separation against man coverage this season. Without Aidan Hutchinson, Detroit’s pass rush will be significantly weakened, giving Kevin O’Connell the opportunity to exploit big-play opportunities down the field. This is an easy double stack that I will be getting to often.

Amon-Ra St. Brown thrived against Brian Flores’ defense last season, racking up over 30 DK points in both games. This success comes from how Flores operates and how St. Brown can capitalize in those situations. With Jared Goff expected to face heavy blitzing, he’ll need to rely on quick, “hot” throws, typically to his most reliable option under pressure, which is St. Brown.

If the Lions can somehow protect Goff long enough, Jameson Williams could be in line for a big day with deep shots, but it’s likely the blitz pressure will limit those opportunities. Expect Goff to lean heavily on St. Brown in this matchup.
