$1 Million in Total Prizes for FanDuel's 2013 DFBC!
As we head into the MLB season, sites are announcing incredible promotions left and right. This week we will break down a different promo each day of the week. Let’s kick it off with the grand daddy of them all, the DFBC. Many expected FanDuel to up the ante this season but a $200K first place prize, $1 million in total prizes and 3 weekly qualifiers is just jaw dropping. Weekly Qualifiers
This season FanDuel has expanded their qualifiers (and the total finalist pool) to allow for a larger prize pool in the main event. They will have 3 weekly qualifiers at different buy-ins. There will be 15 of each qualifier below:
- $10 Entry, 2955 Entrants (usually Fridays)
- $25 Entry, 1182 Entrants (usually Tuesdays)
- $109 Entry, 271 Entrants (usually Saturdays)
Each qualifier will also pay out over $11,000 in runner-up prizes!
The winner of each qualifier (45 in total) will win a seat to the DFBC Final! They will also be hosting satellite games to earn seats into the higher buy-in events.
- $25 Entry – $1 (28 Entrants) or $2 (14 Entrants)
- $109 Entry Satellites – $5 (24 Entrants)
