2014 DraftStreet $3,000,000 Baseball Championship
Another domino has fallen in the world of daily fantasy as DraftStreet announced their 2014 Baseball Championship series. The 2014 event will take place online and boasts $3 million in prizes along with $2 million in finalist prizes and $1 million to first place! 80 Qualifiers will run through the end of August and will take place at buy-in levels reasonable for even lower bankroll Grinders.
The 2014 DSBC Championship
The format of the 2014 DSBC Championship pits 80 finalists in a 4-day Survivor style tournament that finishes with a 20-man GPP tournament and a $1 million first place finisher!
- Day 1 – September 2nd – 80 Finalists gets cut to 60 Survivors
- Day 2 – September 3rd – 60 Finalists gets cut to 40 Survivors
- Day 3 – September 4th – 40 Finalists gets cut to 20 Surviviors
- Day 4 – September 5th – 20 Finalists Play out a 1-day GPP
There’s a really strong payout structure in this event, despite over half of the finalist prize pool going to the first place finisher. Overall, $2 million will be handed out to the 80 qualifier winners:

The Qualifiers
Qualifiers will range between $11 and $420, with multiple qualifiers taking place each week. The first qualifier will run on Tuesday, April 29th at a $22 buy-in level. Here’s the initial schedule announcement from the guys at DS:

- Qualifier #2: Wednesday, April 30th – $109 Entry
- Qualifier #3: Friday, May 2nd – $11 Entry
