2018 Ultimate Football Challenge Week 2: “PREPAY PENALTY-1” Moves to First Place

After Week 1, the 2018 Ultimate Football Challenge from Golden Nugget Las Vegas had four teams tied for first place. Now, with Week 2 in the books, there’s just one team sitting on top.

“PREPAY PENALTY-1” was one of the four contestants tied for first place after Week 1 with a perfect 7-0 record, and after Week 2 he’s alone in first place thanks to his 13-1 overall record.

In the Ultimate Football Challenge, contestants select seven picks each week during the 17-week NFL season, with both college and professional football games included. First place in 2018 is $118,800, and the top 20 places are set to pay out from the field of 307 entries.

After Week 1, the three other contestants tied with PREPAY PENALTY-1 were “CORBIN BERNSEN-1,” “MONSTERLOC-1,” and “BINNMAN1-1.” Of those three, BINNMAN1-1 performed the best in Week 2 with a 5-2 record and moved to 12-2 overall to have sole possession of second place.

MONSTERLOC-1 went 4-3 to move to 11-3 overall and is in a three-way tie for third place. He’s tied with “TEAM CLEVELAND-2” and “DESERT BASED-1.” TEAM CLEVELAND-2 went 6-1 in Week 1 and 5-2 in Week 2. DESERT BASED-1 did the opposite, going 5-2 in Week 1 and 6-1 in Week 2.

CORBIN BERNSEN-1, the other team that was tied for first place after Week 1, went 1-6 in Week 2 and slipped all the way down to a tie for 72nd place with an 8-6 record overall.
