MichaelC and PrimeTime420 Soar Past $1k
We are nearing some of the last weeks of baseball dominating Daily Fantasy Sports. This is the time where the baseball experts shine brightest. We had a lot of notable Grinder Giants from last Sunday through yesterday, but none were more dominant than #9 ranked MichaelC. On August 10th MichaelC had $720.00 in MLB winnings on FanDuel and then Yesterday he turned in five wins in MLB good for another $720.00. In just three days last week, he accumulated a very impressive $1,620.00 in winnings, all in MLB!
Not surprisingly our #1 Ranked player, PrimeTime420 was in prime form again last week. PrimeTime420 has been crushing opponents all baseball season on both FSL and 365 (the only two sites he plays). PrimeTime420 went on an absolute tear early last week. On August 9th, he racked up ten wins across both sites good for $298.00, with none of the entry fees being larger than $20+2, this is an impressive feet. The very next day, he racked up eight baseball wins across both sites for an even better amount of $430.00. To top it all off, he compiled five MLB winnings totaling $290.00 on August 11th. The three-day heater won PrimeTime420 $1,018.00 helping him earn $1,130.00 on the week. PrimeTime420 has agreed to an interview with RotoGrinders coming in the next week or two, so make sure to keep an eye out for that!
Mike C. and PrimeTime weren’t the only Grinders with big weeks. Number seven ranked and recently interviewed Zookerman182 had $720.00 in winnings on August 14th after recently telling us that he “decided to start [taking] the daily baseball games a lot lighter”. Let’s hope that a $720.00 day isn’t his vision of a light baseball day, or we better hope he stays semi-retired. KennyK stayed consistent last week amassing nearly $750.00 in winnings on the week. On August 9th ‘K’ took down 14 MLB matches for $292.50 and he nearly matched that the very next day with a nearly as impressive 13 wins on August 10th, good for $225.000. All 27 wins came in baseball on FanDuel. Also, last week’s Grinder Giant headChopper had another big day on August 9th, bringing in $315.00.
Finally, we’d like to welcome two of our newest Grinders, GeneralIV and etoppsfan, to the community by immediately giving them Grinder Giant recognition. Yesterday, both members had big days. On August 14th, GeneralIV racked up $405.00 in winnings in six baseball contests on FanDuel, and etoppsfan nearly matched him with $399.00 in winnings from 11 MLB contests on both FSL and 365. It wouldn’t be surprising to see these two new Grinders climbing the rankings in the near future.
