Toronto

Toronto will be getting the Knicks at a perfect time as their already injury plauged season has just seemd to get worse and worse. Toronto on the other hand has handled losing their star shooting guard and has only really lost two tough games to a good Cavs squad. They are 6-point favorites tonight and should have their way with the Knicks.

Elite Plays

None – With Vasquez getting his minutes tweaked, he is a tough play today. I can see Lou being a gpp play, but there are other values at his price point.

Secondary Plays

Kyle Lowry – Another example of if I am going to pay up for the PG position, I am most likely not going to pay for Lowry. That does not mean he is not a good play though as he is responsible for a lot of the offensive load for the Raptors. He has had a few down games recently, but I expect a fine performance out of him today.

New York

The Knicks have been real bad this season and it seems to just get worse and worse. Melo is back, but probably not 100% and now they have lost Shumpert for a few weeks. This opens a top SG value play, but there is not a whole else to like for this Knicks squad facing a good defensive Raptors team.

Elite Plays

Tim Hardaway Jr. – He will most likely get the start with Shumpert out and if Smith is out as well, I think makes a close to must play for cash games tonight.

Secondary Plays

None

+San Antonio

I fully expect the Spurs to come out firing tonight after how Pop reacted to the embarrassing performance the other night. He called it pitiful which means the Spurs should put a pounding on the Nuggets tonight. The Spurs are 5 point favorites with a total of 205’.

Elite Plays

Tim Duncan – When he plays he has been playing really well. He is coming off a 43 point performance at the Lakers and now gets another prime matchup for big men as the Nuggets continue to be in the back end of the league in defense against big men.

Secondary Plays

None

Denver

Denver is 10-13 on the year, but that doesn’t mean they are terrible for fantasy purposes. They are currently 9th in the league in points scored and 27th in the league in points against. This shapes up well for a high scoring affair with a few decent plays.

Elite Plays

Wilson Chandler – Chandler has been a great SF this year for fantasy as his consistency has really been there. The only concern here is he is getting over an illness and didn’t have his best game last night, but a bounce back looks likely here.

Secondary Plays

Ty Lawson – A slowed up Parker and a Ty who has been playing some of his best basketball makes for a likely high scoring performance.
