If looking for some extra action on the Super Bowl, there is likely to be at least one unexpected touchdown scorer in what is projected to be a high-scoring contest. Below, we have three touchdown props worth considering for Sunday’s action!

Anytime Touchdown Odds & Predictions

Marquez Valdes-Scantling to Score a Touchdown (+350), FanDuel

In each of his last three postseason games, Marquez Valdes-Scantling has found the end zone. In the divisional round, Valdes-Scantling had a touchdown on two targets against the Jacksonville Jaguars. During the AFC championship game, he was targeted eight times, which included a touchdown catch. Given the fact that Kansas City is dealing with a number of injuries at the wide receiver position entering the Super Bowl, this is a very appealing wager for bettors looking to target a play with longer odds.

Kadarius Toney to Ccore a Touchdown (+340), FanDuel

Kadarius Toney has only two touchdown catches this season, but similar to Marquez Valdes-Scantling, he could make a rare trip to the end zone in the Super Bowl, given the relatively poor health of the Kansas City pass-catchers. Toney found himself dealing with an ankle and hamstring injury following the AFC championship game, but local beat writers reported that he ramped up his workload significantly throughout the week and will not carry an injury designation into this weekend. Though Toney was only targeted twice against the Cincinnati Bengals, he saw seven targets against the Jacksonville Jaguars and could find himself overlooked by the Philadelphia Eagles defense on Sunday in the red zone. At significant plus-money, this is a worthwhile risk for bettors.

Kenneth Gainwell to Score a Touchdown (+410), FanDuel

Counting the postseason, Kenneth Gainwell has scored a touchdown in five separate games this season. Though game script undoubtedly played a role in his high snap counts across the first two playoff games for the Eagles, Gainwell has proven himself as a dependable member of a Philadelphia running back committee, averaging 6.2 yards per carry on 26 attempts in those two contests. During the regular season, Gainwell received 53 touches on the ground and averaged 4.5 yards per carry. He is a threat to break loose for a score from outside of the 10-yard line, evident by the fact that he has eight games this season with a rush attempt going for double-digits or longer. He is also capable of getting in the end zone if entrusted with an opportunity in a goal-to-go scenario. There is little reason that this prop should be priced at such long odds. This is far from a lock, but there is value here, if sprinkling money on a few different potential touchdown scorers.
