For an example of how to use your $1,500 first bet offer, I’m turning my attention to UFC 302. The biggest underdog on the card is Poirier at +425. While he’s one of the most gifted fighters of his generation, I don’t see him being the one to end Makhachev’s 13-fight winning streak.
While -600 odds for Makhachev’s moneyline aren’t the most enticing to bet on, this is the fight I’m most confident in. Betting the maximum amount of $1,500 would either yield me $250 in winnings if he wins or five $300 bonus bets that expire after seven days.
If I want to place my first bet of less money on an underdog, I’d consider Niko Price at +200 over Alex Morono. I feel good about Kevin Holland, Randy Brown, and Sean Strickland all winning as favorites, but Price is a tough matchup for Moreno.
