Building A High Stakes Tournament Lineup - NFL DFS Week 14

As I’ve talked about in every article so far this year, there is ton of great content out there in the industry for NFL DFS players, but most of it is geared a little bit more towards picks or game by game breakdowns. Those are great (I use them too) but I do think there’s a little bit missing in terms of breaking down a slate from the perspective of how to build a tournament lineup.

I am not an MME player, and I typically play somewhere from 1-5 lineups in higher stakes, smaller field tournaments. If you’re maxing out the Milly Maker, this probably isn’t the absolute perfect article for you, but if you’re building one or a handful of lineups for the smaller fields like me, hopefully, this will help in terms of lineup building process and all the different factors you should consider before clicking that submit button. Even if you are playing 150 lineups in the Milly Maker or another contest, I do think there are some concepts that can be pretty helpful for the rules you write, correlations you build, and general things you factor into your builds. So hopefully this is something that’s just generally helpful for tournament players.
