CBB DFS Slate Breakdown: December 18th

We have a small four game slate tonight, but a very nice 333 contest with 10k to first. I also have CFB to get to, so no pleasantries today, let us just jump right in.

BYU (64), Tempo: 69

BYU’s main issue here is that outside of Alex Barcello ($8,000) there is no one who is playing consistent minutes, and even for Barcello, this is a spot where I am unlikely to pay up for a guy with a 35 ceiling. I am not a big fan of playing guys getting 25 minutes as a ceiling in games against very good defensive, slow teams and that is what we have here. I cannot imagine anyone here is a great play, but the interesting thing is that we have a relatively low scoring slate. Theoretically, this could make some guys like Brandon Averette ($5,900) or Connor Harding ($5,600) viable, but we have another issue in that Spencer Johnson ($4,600) is starting to get more minutes.
