CBB DFS Slate Breakdown: Friday, November 26th
Pretty crazy weekend, but wanted to get something up as this is the normal day for the article and we have a decent slate tonight. Might be a little bit shorter than usual, but here we go.
LSU (74)
DraftKings continues to price people absurdly as both Eric Gaines ($3,300) and Mwani Wilkinson ($3,100) are basically free despite playing 20+ minutes per game in every game so far. Wilkinson has downside, but it’s hard to beat 30-point upside for 3k. Gaines has been better though – he has not gone under 19 FP yet as he has a great assist rate, solid steals and block rate, and is taking a decent amount of shots in the early going. He is my preferred play over Wilkinson here despite not starting.
Tari Eason ($7,800) is a bit too expensive in my eyes – he has big upside, but his minutes are insecure and I am not sure he can keep up with these rates. I would much rather play Darius Days ($8,100) for 300 more as his minutes are more secure and he also has better overall rates than Eason (at least more sustainable rates). Xavier Pinson ($6,700) is probably too expensive here – he hasn’t been the YOLO Pinson we knew at Missouri and that is hurting his overall profile, but is better for the team.
