CBB DFS Slate Breakdown: March 9th
We have a six-game mid major slate here as most of the big conferences end up starting tomorrow, but the ACC is here today with their worst teams and we have a couple of championship games. Let’s get right into it.
Wake Forest (67), Tempo: 67
Steve Forbes must be trolling as he played Jonah Antonio 6 minutes in the Georgia Tech game after Antonio was one of the best guards on the team in the previous few games. I don’t know what happened there, but it seems weird that he would only play 6 minutes after being honored for senior night. The only guy that I am confident will get over 30 minutes here is Daivien Williamson ($5,800) who does not have that great of peripheral stats. Williamson is just an average play here – viable in cash but probably not a great GPP look as his upside is not all that great. The real usage comes from Ian DuBose ($6,000), Ismael Massoud ($4,000), Ody Oguama ($3,800) and Isaiah Mucius ($4,800) but none of them are playing that many minutes anyway – Forbes is splitting the forward minutes between those three. It looks like Mucius is the go-to right now as he played 27 minutes against GT despite fouling out.
