CBB DFS Slate Breakdown: Tuesday, February 22nd

This is a nice little slate today with decent sized contests and some really solid decisions – there are value plays and mid-range and high-priced choices to make. Sorry for the delay today – let’s get right into it.

Arkansas (69)

I bet on Auburn against Florida in the last game that Florida won, and despite Florida taking them down, I will likely be betting Arkansas here. I feel like the situation is the same – a team solid at shooting on the interior against a Florida D who stops the three, and on the other side a Florida offense who cannot make the 3 (generally) against a team in Arkansas who defends the paint well. Some of Florida’s shots in the last game were just absurd, and they cannot continue making those here, so give me Arkansas ML. Stanley Umude ($7,000) has been great in the last 3, but Florida prevents the 3, so he’s not an option for me which means that Jaylin Williams ($8,400) is my preferred look. There’s some risk with Castleton foul trouble (he did it to Kessler in the last game), but Williams has similar rates as Kessler for less price and I think Williams can get there, especially against a Florida team who is going to make guys shoot the 2. Williams is a GPP play though in my eyes. I am more likely to use JD Notae ($8,300) in cash than I am Williams –
