CBB Grind Down: Tuesday, December 2nd
Glean insight from one of the game’s best, Varncass, as he lists picks he’ll actually be targeting in his tournament games below, along with detailed analysis and reasoning.

Big 10 vs ACC continues tonight with a nice slate, and we have seven games to look at on FanDuel tonight which is more than I think we have had for the rest of the season. This should be a solid slate and we should avoid some of the duplicate lineups that were put into play yesterday. FanDuel has done a solid job of pricing here today, as a ton of the top plays are in the higher price bracket. I am struggling to find solid value plays on this slate.

Pittsburgh
Primary Plays
James Robinson – Pitt should get a little bit of a tempo boost here as Indiana will try to speed them up. Pittsburgh has been one of the slowest teams in the country so far so any sort of tempo boost is a boon to their fantasy points. Robinson is a great PG who hardly turns it over although his turnover rate is a little bit higher this year as he is being asked to score a bit more. Robinson is about as lock as you can come in this game as his floor should be about 20 points.
Secondary Plays
Michael Young – Jamie Dixon appears really only set on two guys and that is Robinson and Young, however Artis may have creeped into that conversation and also makes an interesting play. Young is the #1 option on the offensive end and while he does not contribute that consistently in other areas still makes a solid play. I would rather have Robinson here as Young will most likely be checked by Troy Williams but he does not make a terrible play.
Indiana
Primary Plays
Troy Williams- It appears as though Williams has re-earned his way into the starting lineup and should be getting 30 minutes per game from here on out. I am not super high on the flow for him in the half court set here as he is not a great jump shooter, but he does have a knack for rebounds and easy buckets and ability to impact the game with his length. His price at 5,700 is pretty low considering he has only gone under 20 fantasy points once this year.
Secondary Plays
Yogi Ferrell – Indiana will get a bump down in tempo, as Pitt is going to try to half court this game and make Indiana struggle to score against their length. Ferrell is a stud however and will figure out how to get his points. His salary is a bit expensive and I am not building my team around him, but I would be surprised if he got any less than 25 fantasy points tonight.
