CBB Slate Breakdown: Second Round, Day 2, March 22nd
After a crazy first three days, I wonder what the last day of the first weekend will entail – it is a little strange for this to be on a Monday, but it is definitely unique. Let’s get into it.
Oregon (74), Tempo: 68
We did not have Oregon play their first-round match, so I am not all that sure what to expect here – in theory, it should not matter all that much but some teams seem a little bit nervous when they kick off the tournament and Iowa has already played a game. All in all, I do not think it matters much and we have LJ Figueroa ($6,600) with a slight price decrease and Chris Duarte ($7,300) and Eugene Omoruyi ($7,800) going up against a team that has been extremely favorable to wings/forwards in fantasy points this year. I am going to be targeting Oregon. Just like against VCU, I think Eric Williams Jr ($5,300) is probably the worst raw point play, but his decrease in salary is very enticing. I think he is GPP viable despite his lack of usage recently. Will Richardson ($6,200) has been fantastic and is GPP viable but is possibly the worst cash game play on the team due to his awful projection.
