CFB DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for Week 15

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

headChopper: Braylon Braxton
MrTuttle05: Cam Skattebo
stlcardinals84: Cam Skattebo
Jordan Vanek: Cam Skattebo

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play this week? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I’m building 20 hand-crafted lineups for GPPs with medium-sized fields. I’m not in love with any true game stacks or many team stacks either. With only 6 games, it’s inevitable to end up with multiple players from the same team in a lineup, but I’m not forcing any stacks. I’m constructing lineups with fewer players from the early games and more from the later games, giving me the flexibility to assess the field and make big changes if needed later.

MrTuttle05: Large-field tournaments – I plan on having more spread out exposure than I typically do on a smaller 6-game slate. This is a fun slate, as DraftKings seemingly did a solid job pricing, and as a result, I don’t think we’ll see anybody pop up as extreme chalk. I almost never see my initial QB exposure as spread out as it is for this slate on my initial runs, which makes me think I’ll have exposure to a lot of different passing attacks.

stlcardinals84: Large-field tournaments will be my preferred play this week, and I like a 3-max or 5-max type of build by mixing and matching a core of Louisiana players. This entire offense is affordable, the names aren’t well-known because we haven’t seen them on a main slate all season, and they are projected for a solid amount of offensive production. I will be overweight on all the primary skill players from this team.

Jordan Vanek: Large-field tournaments will be the way I play this weekend. There’s an easy path to building unique lineups on this slate with how pOWN% is shaping up and the way I view the slate. For example, Dillon Gabriel, Rocco Becht, and Sam Leavitt are all coming in under 10% pOWN%, and our projections have them all within 4–5 points. It’s not hard to see the path where one or two of them end up being the highest-scoring QBs on the slate and paying off their salaries.

What is your favorite correlation and why?
