Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

How do you plan to beat the field of opponents in the tournaments you will be playing? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I can play a whole bunch of these highly projected QBs with absolutely zero stacking. Most of these big QBs who will be popular do not need to be stacked with a WR/TE, and most people will still force it. Sure, there will be lineups where I play, for example, LaNorris Sellers with Nyck Harbour, but that’s more of a pricing thing than a correlation thing.

MrTuttle05: I will have a lot of traditional builds on the slate, but it’s worth pointing out that with the pricing, especially on DraftKings, a large majority of lineups are going to be saving at the WR position. I do think that’s the best way to build, but it’s worth exploring some mid-tier WR builds simply as a way to flip the lineup construction on its head. Some mid-tier WR options I like on DraftKings are Anthony Evans, T.J. Moore/Bryant Wesco, Nik McMillan, Tre Richardson, and Omarion Miller.

stlcardinals84: I am going to run a very concentrated pool of running backs. There are a lot of ways you can spread out with cheap WR exposure, and I will mix and match those plays given all the variance that is likely to occur with the nature of the WR position. My core RB options will include Nate Sheppard, Kyson Brown, Nate Frazier, and Isaac Brown, while I will add Aneyas Williams to the mix on FD where Sheppard is not available.

Jordan Vanek: There are usually one or two plays in each build that help differentiate my lineups from the field, and this weekend, the Alabama passing game and Nate Frazier stand out as two spots people aren’t prioritizing enough. I also don’t expect to play much Jeremiah Smith, leaning instead toward Bo Jackson and Legend Bey in the Ohio State backfield. Tanook Hines in the USC passing game is another tournament target I really like. This slate features plenty of high-upside options, and gaining exposure to multiple game environments without forcing QB stacks is a great way to build. Finally, I have some interest in Billy Edwards and Davis Warren at QB, which naturally sets up a more unique roster construction.
