What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play this week? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I’m mostly playing small-field, limited-entry contests but sprinkling in some large-field builds. I’ll stick with a similar CFB blueprint—avoid QB/WR stacks unless the QB’s only ceiling path is through the air. With several dual-threat QBs in play, I don’t need forced stacks. My plan is to spend up at RB and save at WR.

MrTuttle05: Large-field GPPs – I will spread out WR exposure. WR appears to be a relatively weak position this week for the most part. As a result, I expect it to be the position where my exposure is the most spread out.

stlcardinals84: I will be playing around 10 entries in large-field tournaments. The plan of attack seems pretty straightforward, as there is a ton of value at wide receiver on both FD and DK. I am going to operate with a narrow player pool at QB and RB while spreading out exposure to the cheaper, risk/reward value WR options. Clemson and Alabama are two offenses I want to make sure I get overweight on compared to the field.

Jordan Vanek: I’m playing the mid-season main event this weekend and chasing the top prize. My plan is to load up on cheap WR options, since there aren’t any top-tier plays with truly safe floors like Makai Lemon or Jordyn Tyson. Instead, the slate offers plenty of lower-priced receivers with massive upside, and that’s where I’ll be taking my shots.

What’s your hot take of the slate?
