CFB DFS Slate Breakdown: Week 9, Halloween

The North Carolina rushing game won the day again last week with both Michael Carter and Javonte Williams being viable. We do not have to worry about that situation here as UNC is not on the slate, but we have a slightly larger slate to worry about with the Big 10 games finally added. Looking briefly through the slate, we have a lot of teams that we really should not be targeting at all, so that trims the viable options on the slate way down. Let us dive in and see who we should be targeting.
