CFB Main Slate Breakdown: Week Two

If somebody told me the two highest-scoring QBs of the Week 1 main slate would have come from the same game, I probably would have guessed Houston/UTSA. I don’t think my first, second or even tenth guess would be UNC/App State, as both Drake Maye and Chase Brice put up 44+ FP each.

In fact, Week 1 was the opposite of Week Zero when it comes to chalk smashing as five of the top six DK scorers were sub 10% owned.

We’ve got another 14-game slate on both DraftKings and FanDuel for Week 2, so let’s not waste any time.

DraftKings Slate

South Carolina @ Arkansas (-8.5)Total: 53

South Carolina (22.25)

South Carolina looked OK in their season-opening win over Georgia State, but nothing to write home about and they don’t get the best matchup here against Arkansas.

A decent punt play is Jaheim Bell ($3,500) who is listed as a TE but a freak athlete and actually got 7 carries last week to go along with 4 targets. I think South Carolina will try to get the ball in his hands in numerous ways, but he’s the only Gamecock that will make my player pool.

Arkansas (30.75)
