CFB Slate Breakdown: Week 10, November 7th

We were nearly spot on last week, and while I had a few cashes, I failed to find the right combo of Elijah Moore + Matt Corral and the runbacks. If you ended up with Moore, you probably did OK. It just goes to show how we need the guys who post the top end of outcomes in CFB – they are worth 4 average outcomes.

We have a decently large slate, and of course we have some teams in the Pac-12 that we have basically no data on. These are going to be much more high variance outcomes – in smaller fields, I would probably stray away from using them unless we are extremely confident we know their roles, however because of the uncertainty I do like them in large fields. Let’s get to it.

Arizona State (23)

For some reason, the Sun Devils and Trojans are playing their opening game of the season at 9am local time, which should cause a fairly sloppy game. There is a lot we do not know about these teams, so using them in cash is a little bit riskier than the other teams we have samples on. We do know that Jayden Daniels ($6,700) is going to be the QB, and he does have moderate rushing upside, so he is not a terrible play especially when Frank Darby ($5,700) is relatively cheap as well.
