Happy Tuesday! Nothing says September baseball like the Marlins, Tigers and Giants being the only three teams scoring double-digit runs on a slate. Well, not quite nothing, as Tyler Alexander flirting with a no-hitter is pretty darn Septembery too. It was also another rough night for the made-up, un-researched ‘first night at Coors’ narrative. But never fear, we have a new slate tonight, and there are no rules that say anything that happened last night has to happen tonight. I’ll just say that if Joey Wentz throws a no-hitter, I will not be here tomorrow and I’m passing it off to Cards for the rest of the season.
