CheeseIsGood's Million Dollar Musings - Sunday, April 10th

Happy Sunday! As was the case yesterday, I’m just a fill-in for STLCards, who will be your regular Sunday partner in baseball most of this season. Hey, that reminds me, don’t forget to file your taxes!

We’ve got a 10-game slate today with a lack of strong pitching options. I’m going to jump right in so you have enough time to digest this for the early start time today.

Sunday Afternoon Pitching

We have a huge mess of kind of OK pitchers going today, but there’s nothing here to be excited about. At first glance, I see something like 15 pitchers with basically no separation between them. The only guy on the slate who sort of stands out based on both past numbers is Freddy Peralta, and he is also the only pitcher above $10K on either site. This is definitely going to be a slate where I spread out my pitcher exposure, but let’s see if we can find any separation. Here’s the list of 15 that are under consideration:

Freddy Peralta at Cubs
Steven Matz vs Pirates
Zach Eflin vs A’s
Corey Kluber vs Orioles
Marcus Stroman vs Brewers
Carlos Carrasco at Nationals
Michael Kopech at Tigers
Ian Anderson vs Reds
Tarik Skubal vs White Sox
Kris Bubic vs Guardians
Hyun-Jin Ryu vs Rangers
Marco Gonzales at Twins
Cal Quantrill at Royals
Bailey Ober vs Mariners
Erick Fedde vs Mets
