CheeseIsGood's Million Dollar Musings: Wednesday, August 11th

Happy Wednesday! We’ve got ourselves an 11-game main slate on DK tonight with a 10-gamer on FD. The difference in the slates is that DK is including the 7-inning Nationals-Mets game that will start after they finish the suspended game from last night. We are still not out of the woods with all the recent weather nonsense, with another Orange in Chicago, and I don’t just mean the fruit. That game is going to be a key to this slate with Corbin Burnes on the mound against the Cubs, as well as with the wind blowing out for Brewers hitters against Jake Arrieta. I’ll be on Crunchtime at 6:30pm ET with Roth to sort out where that game stands. For now, I’m doing this writeup as if it’s going to play.

I’m going to spend most my time on the main slate, but let’s start with a very quick look at the early four-game slate on DK.
