Monday, April 30th

Happy Monday, Grinders! I am covering the main article for Dave today, as he is celebrating a birthday! Happy Birthday, Dave! I would like to throw in a contest along the lines of “Guess Dave’s age in the comments and the first person to guess it correctly gets a free RotoGrinders T-Shirt,” but I don’t want to subject him to that over the next 8 hours, so we better just let that pass.

Anyhow, we move onward to a fairly nice Monday slate, and at least we don’t have a wacky split slate to deal with today. It’s always refreshing to have those weeknights where everyone plays at 7 PM or later (other than those weird 6 PM start times that some teams are throwing out there in the early season). If we exclude today’s 6 PM start between the Rangers and Indians, that leaves us with ten games to dissect on the main slate, and that’s plenty of information for us to decipher. We have some good spots for pitchers and some good spots for offense tonight, and it will be interesting to see where ownership lands. Let’s start breaking things down!
