DP World Tour DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for the Horizon Irish Open

Which useful trend or statistic stuck out most during your research?

Notorious: The DP World Tour events are a bit tougher from a course fit perspective. We don’t have nearly as much data on the courses, especially when events like this one rotate venues. The last time we saw the K Club on the DP World Tour was in 2016. Rory McIlroy won the event at -12 and was the only golfer that was double-digit under par. Unlike last week, this is a long (7,350 yards) Par 72 that has water lurking everywhere. Golfers will have to drive the ball well in order to contend here.

STLCardinals84: The K Club will be the host of the Irish Open this week, but don’t get too caught up with course history. This venue has only hosted this event once previously — when Rory McIlroy won in 2016. This is a longer par 72 layout that still sets up as a tee to green golf course. I will emphasize the usual ball striking and approach metrics in my builds this week.

Who is your top contrarian golfer (when considering price, key stats, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
