Golfers I Am Overweight On
Rory McIlroy – Rinse, lather, repeat with McIlroy being under-valued on DRAFT. He is the 15th ranked golfer in the pre-rankings, and that is just too low for a guy that has perhaps the best course history of any of the top-tier golfers at this event. He should feast on the par fives and threaten for a big victory, and he is a fine pick even in the first round of your DRAFT contests.
Justin Rose – Rose lines up as a premier option here. He ranks inside the top 20 on the PGA Tour in both ball striking and par five scoring, and he is fresh off a solid top 15 at Augusta last month. Even though his course history is hit-or-miss here, he has been on top of his game a lot more of late. Give him a long look as your second selection in larger field contests or as a later round selection in head-to-head games.
