DraftKings FBC: Previewing the Atlantis Field
We’re less then a day away from the the DraftKings Fantasy Baseball Championship in Atlantis, where someone will become an instant millionaire after just a few hours of baseball! The Atlantis group has been out at the Bahamas for a few days now, and it’s safe to say DraftKings has showed them a truly awesome time. From pool parties to golf outings to Al_Smizzle rejecting DraftCheat in a pickup hoops game, there is no shortage of things to do here. As expected, there are quite a few big names taking part in the action tomorrow night, some of them with multiple shots at $1,000,000. Let’s take a look at the field and where the respective names land on our overall leaderboard:

It’s quite the field we have here, with 11 members ranked inside the Top 100 in the overall rankings. Even some of the players ranked outside of the Top 100 are excellent tournament players, so you can call this a stacked field. Let’s take a look at the Grinders with multiple entries into the FBC:
Multiple Shots at a Million
CSURAM88 – CSU comes in with three entries, and he picked all of them up relatively early in the qualifying period. He’s as talented as any player in the field, so he has to be one of the odds on favorites to take this thing down.
Woopdeedoo – Known as DirtyGirl15 on DraftKings, woopdeedoo took down one of the majors earlier this year and has picked up his other two entries via qualifiers. It should be really interesting to see how he and CSU go about diversifying their three entries.
McJester – The NBA GPP extraordinaire came into this season without much MLB experience, but he’s done just fine for himself in his rookie season. Two bullets will allow him to take some chances and I don’t think anyone will be surprised to see his name at the top of the leaderboard when all is said and done.
00oreo00 – He’s a relatively new member of the community, but you surely know the name if you’ve played on either FanDuel or DraftKings any time in the recent past.
bw5126 – Don’t let the overall ranking fool you, this guy is much better then that number suggests. He’s more of a big tournament player as opposed to a cash game guy, but he’s a nice darkhorse candidate to walk away with the million.
