FanDuel Announces Changes to FanDuel Players Club
Long a leader in the Daily Fantasy Sports industry, FanDuel has been hard at work developing its Players Club, which rewards users for their play. Effective May 1st, the site has announced some changes to the program.
What exactly is this Players Club? From FanDuel’s site:
The FanDuel Players Club is our way of thanking you for being a loyal fan. All FanDuel players are automatically enrolled, and you’ll get special rewards based on the amount of FanDuel Points (FDP) you earn every month. So, for example, the amount of FDP you earn in August will determine your Players Club status for September.
What’s Changed?
These changes will go into effect immediately. Here are a few of the key elements:
- The previous six levels have been increased to 11.
- The levels will start with as little as $10 in volume from the previous month.
- There will be weekly, and monthly, freerolls, and players can earn up to five free plays a month for all levels up to the All-Star level.
- There is a new VIP level that has it’s own $25K freeroll (this is new).
- Players can more easily track their Players Club status via a new rewards section.
