FantasyFeud's NHL Feud of Champions - $20K in Prizes
The guys from Canada have stepped up big time in representing their countries most popular sport with the NHL Feud of Champions for the 2013-14 season. With $20K in prizes and at least $5,000 to first, this is a great event for the hockey fanatics and casual fans alike.
Qualifier Periods
The total event will be broken down into three qualifier periods.
- Period 1: October 3rd – November 27th (period final event on 12/3)
- Period 2: November 29th – January 18th (period final event on 1/21)
- Period 3: January 21st – March 25th (period final event on 3/27)
Each qualifier period will have 67 finalists and a 1-day final GPP with the winner getting $2,000 plus a seat to the NHL FOC Main Event (valued at $1000). Here are the full payouts for each period semi-final.
- 1st – FOC Championship Entry ($1,000 value)
- 1st – $2,000
- 2nd – $1,250
- 3rd – $850
- 4th – $600
- 5th – $450
- 6th – $300
- 7th – $250
To qualify for these 67-man GPPs, you MUST win one of the FantasyFeud FOC Qualifiers during the given period. There will be no direct buy-in for this event, you have to win your way in!
Nights with 8+ games there will be 2 or more FOC qualifiers available. Nights with 8 or fewer games there will typically be at least 1 FOC qualifier available
The Feud of Champions Main Event
The main event will happen on Saturday, March 29th between the 3-period champions. It’s a one-day, winner take all event where the grand champion will get an additional $3000 on top of the $2000 already won in the period final event!
