KBO DFS Pitching Primer: Thursday, June 4th

The Pitching Primer is back! Well, at least temporarily, that is.

In this article, I will be looking at the 10 pitching options for the upcoming KBO (Korea Baseball Organization) slate. I want to be clear that in no way do I want to present myself as any sort of expert on this matter. The majority of what you will see here are the stats that I was able to find on each pitcher, and I will close it out with a brief summary of a few of my favorite options. I am extremely early in the research process of this league, so it is likely that your own research lands on something different than me.

The pitchers will be listed in order of their pricing on DraftKings, starting with the most expensive. FanDuel, for whatever reason, only allows you to roster the “team” as the starting pitcher, but they also make it clear that you only get fantasy points for whoever starts.

So with all of that in mind, let’s talk some pitching!

PITCHING OPTIONS

Your fearless leader Andy Means is going to be out for the next couple days, so you’ll be stuck with me today and tomorrow. Tonight’s pitching slate is far better than what we had yesterday, although it’s also split right down the middle with DK pricing being more or less ‘correct’. FanDuel has just simply not priced this pitching slate correctly and there is just nothing to talk about. Erik Jokisch for Kiwoom is the pitcher to use there, just move on. When I talk about pricing comparisons for the rest of this article I’ll be referring to DraftKings pricing.
