LCK Starting Lineups for DFS 6/18: Picks, Stats, and Projections for DraftKings and FanDuel
LCK starting lineups for League of Legends DFS has already become an impactful issue on DraftKings and FanDuel. Last night, we saw the lack of early starting lineup announcements really cause a scramble. We had to adjust our RotoGrinders optimizer, projections, odds, projected ownership, stats, and starting lineups late in the evening. Luckily, we have the support needed to ensure late breaking news is covered. Tonight, we’ll once again be forced to wait until late in the night to get final confirmation on some lineups, and it may cause our DFS picks to change.
In this article, we’ll run down each team and player participating in both the LPL and LCK. We’ll make special note of players who are at risk of not starting, and otherwise suggest who could take their place. We’ll review matchups, salaries, odds, and production stats to identify the top plays. The picks, stacks, and strategies here should help you get your lineups underway for this exciting 4-game slate.

DFS picks for tonight could revolve around the spring split champions JDG Gaming and the newly revitalized Victory Five team. LPL teams in general are more fantasy friendly, and the team implied kill totals at bookmakers tend to be higher. V5 is now 2-1 after not winning a set in the spring, and tonight they find themselves in the unfamiliar territory of being favorites.
In the LCK, KT Rolster has some new players on the roster but they very well elect to continue using their late surging lineup from last split. They’ll be heavy favorites against Summer Promotion qualifiers and LCK newcomers Team Dynamics.
Totals are relatively low across the board tonight, with 26 kills being the highest mark among the available games.

The SeolHaeOne Prince vs. Hanwha Life Esports matchup could be interesting for daily fantasy sports tonight. Median expectations are going to be low for a variety of reasons, but it looks like the per win numbers are far more appealing. Each team has a new player likely to take control of a kill friendly position, with Mickey arriving for SeolHaeOne Prince and Viper coming on board for HLE. The winner of this match could wind up with a fantasy output exceeding their pre-match expectations.

League of Legends DFS Picks for DraftKings and FanDuel
Aiming – ADC – $7,800 DK: The total is low here for the KT game, but they seem very likely to win per the odds and the eye test late last spring. The unknowns of a potential new lineup and a hungry young team on the other side aren’t enough to turn us away in optimal type builds. He wad dialing up an average of 6 kills and 5.8 assists per win last split, and that would be enough to keep us happy tonight.
Kanavi – JNG – $7,400 DK: DraftKings isn’t doing us any favors on the price, which figures to keep his ownership in check on some level. He was the LPL’s spring split MVP and has dropped a fantastic 8.5 assists per team win since January. He’s active in the kill department for a jungler, and generally has a high floor ceiling combo. See the histogram below: You’re almost always going to get above 25 on a per game basis and he can reach near 50 on any given game.
Lehends – SUP – $5,400 DK: HLE didn’t win that many games in spring, but when they did it appears that Lehends was heavily involved in the assist category. 12.5 assists per win is pretty good, and we’d love to that in our lineup. The tricky parts are A) we’re not going to have this confirmed lineup at lock and who knows if they lob a VSTA curveball at us and B) they actually have to win the game which is far from a foregone conclusion. Stacking HLE does make sense and the ownership won’t be outrageous and may even be super low. Player were shy about clicking LCK names, and we can expect that for as long as the late game lineups remain unclear.
