Slate Overview

We get another strong selection of contests tomorrow morning for the second set of group play in the 2020 Mid-Season Cup: An LCK vs. LPL Showdown. DraftKings is offering another $150,000 prize pool with $15 entry, along with a nice $4 20-max. I will leave the general LoL strategy notes in this write-up as people continue to come back or for those new LoL DFS players. League of Legends is a fairly straightforward DFS sport so these notes will remain true for most slates.

Again, the Mid-Season Cup is a cross-league tournament between LPL and LCK teams. Below is a chart of the key differences from a fantasy perspective for these leagues. Obviously playing each other in a cross-league format will change a bit of their strategy to better matchup to their opponent but you can see the common trend of the Top 5 teams from each league here:
