League of Legends LPL DFS Preview: Tuesday, June 16th
Slate Overview
Boy were we spoiled this weekend. Sure, the quality of play in the LEC and LCS may not be at the level of LPL but from a DFS perspective, it sure was nice to have a slate that was bigger than two games. Thankfully for us, the LCK kicks their Summer Split off later this week which means we should be getting bigger weekday slates starting soon.
As for Tuesday, we still have just a two-game slate to work with and both games are heavily lopsided with LGD (-541) currently favored over Dominus Esports and Top Esports (-1435) favored over OMG. I will give credit to DraftKings for their pricing as it’s only possible to create 4-3 DMO/TES stacks if you CPT a SUP or TOP player. I think 4-3 SUP CPT lineups are going to be the most heavily duplicated which means you’ll want to get away from those builds in large-field tournaments unless you’re happy splitting first place 100+ ways. If you’re opposed to taking shots on full out underdog stacks, the best way to differentiate will be by running some combination of one off, whether it be 4-2-1 or 3-3-1.
