League of Legends LPL/LCK DFS Preview: Saturday, July 4th
Slate Overview
We did it! Against all odds, there was a solo first place winner in the $150K Ace Attak ($15 buy-in) on DraftKings on Friday morning. All it took was 56 total kills out of Vici Gaming to steal the spotlight away from Top Esports. The winning lineup used a 4 (VG) – 2 (TES) – 1 (KT) build and is a good example of how a little less traditional of a lineup build can lead to more differentiation.
While Edward Gaming players are likely to be somewhat chalky, ownership should be more spread out on Saturday’s slate making it a bit more interesting. Unlike Friday’s slate, tournament strategy should focus more around exposure allocations and less around how to differentiate your lineups. I’ll give my thoughts on which teams I think are worthy of prioritizing below.
