Mid-Week NFL Lineup

Mid-Week NFL Lineup

FanDuel – $60,000 Salary Cap

peyton hillis

It’s only Wednesday, but I’ve been trying to get some lineups in earlier in the week for NFL so I don’t have to scramble so much on my Sunday mornings. After BYE weeks end, decisions become difficult on sites with relatively loose caps such as FanDuel; there are a lot of viable options this week and its going to be tough to select only one lineup to run with. There are some deep Running Back choices to save cash, but I think this week there are three powerhouse matchups that you must play at RB: Peyton Hillis vs. BUF, Chirs Johnson vs. IND, and Michael Turner vs. Carolina. There are other options, but these three selections really stand out of the pack this week. Here is an initial lineup I’m using on FanDuel:

Position Player Matchup Cost Notes
QB Joe Flacco BAL@HOU $7,000 Flacco and Boldin were on point last week. This week I expect Flacco to hit Rice, Boldin, and Mason all day long – especially if Heap misses time
RB Peyton Hillis CLE@BUF $8,500 #2 RB vs. #32 Rush D = Must-Pick
RB Chris Johnson IND@TEN $7,900 Expect CJ2K to bounce back this week vs. Indy assuming they don’t get down too much, too quick
WR Larry Fitzgerald DEN@ARI $6,600 It can’t get any worse at QB, and Larry had 11 targets last week. He’s still got huge potential despite playing for the Cardz
WR Anquan Boldin BAL@HOU $6,600 See Flacco
WR Miles Austin PHI@DAL $6,500 Miles will be a popular pick this week with Dez headed for IR
TE Marcedes Lewis OAK@JAC $5,700 Lewis has been consistent for Jax this season, but there’s a lot of tempting TE picks this week. I went Lews for consistency and upside, but Tamme for $100 more is very tempting for a $100 Kicker downgrade.
K Shayne Graham NE@CHI $5,000 This just in: New England scores a lot of points on offense.
D/ST Atlanta Falcons ATL@CAR $6,200 This just in: Carolina does not.
