Friday, June 15th

Happy Friday, and good morning from the road. I am traveling to Rome, Georgia this morning to pick up my daughter from her two-week summer camp, so this article was written Thursday night/very early Friday. As such, there’s a chance we see some changes in the schedule, or changes in how I view this slate throughout the day. I will be home by early afternoon and will add updates to this article if needed throughout the day, either as situations change, or as my analysis changes as I’m building lineups.

As it stands after my first run through, this is my general sense – There are a lot of pretty decent pitchers, but a clear top tier that should be focused on. After the few aces up top, I see the large mid-tier as skippable at their prices with a couple cheaper pitchers worth considering. As I’ll talk about, all these mid-range pitchers are viable, and several of them have been really good recently, so you could certainly make a case to spread out, but I’m looking to focus in on a smaller group of pitching options.
