Who is your favorite hitter to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

stevietpfl: I’m going to focus on smaller-field tournaments. I don’t have a lot of interest in pitching outside of Nick Lodolo and Clay Holmes. I’ll play both while being underweight on the Dodgers. I think the Rangers, Padres, and Nationals are great pivots off the Dodgers.

stlcardinals84: I am going to do around 15-20 entries in large-field GPP contests. This is not a great slate for single entry in my eyes, as the pitching pool is barren. This is an unpredictable slate. I am going to have a small pitching pool led by Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Nick Lodolo, and I will be overweight on the Padres as my favorite of the top-end stacks.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – I’ll be generally eating the chalk at pitcher and getting different with my stacks. On a slate this size, it’s likely there will be teams that put up double-digit runs, so I’ll be stacking as heavily as possible.

TJ Zwarych: I’m playing 150 lineups in large-field GPPs, and I plan to keep a really tight pitching pool. Although I’ll be mixing-and-matching my SP2s on DraftKings, there’s only one single pitcher I have interest in on FanDuel. I’ll target the Mets, Dodgers, Reds, and Cubs as my top stacks, while being underweight on the Rangers.
