Our panel of experts is here to give you their MLB DFS picks for today’s main slate contests by answering a handful of questions to help you make crucial lineup-building decisions. Want to know CheeseIsGood’s favorite sneaky stack? Or STLCards’ top overall pitcher? Find out below!

How do you plan to beat the field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I’ll have 150 lineups in large-field GPPs, and I plan to be overweight on the chalk hitting stacks. I’ll double-stack every team. My pitching will be spread out as to include cheaper options to make sure I can get plenty of Atlanta bats in my lineups.

AlexSonty: I’m gonna single-enter. There are a lot of bats in pitchers parks I’m gonna use to suck some ownership out of my lineups — Orioles (weather permitting) in Baltimore, Padres in St. Louis, Rangers in Citi Field, and Pirates in Kansas City. One of those four teams will be in my lineups with the Braves and Kyle Harrison. We don’t need to avoid all chalk. We just need to mix it up on this slate.

tcsmith031: Fading the Braves is a terrifying notion on any slate, so fading them in Coors is downright mortifying. Still, this is a 12-game slate that features plenty of other appealing stacks. The Padres, Orioles, Blue Jays, Astros, and Mariners are all in advantageous spots of their own, and they should all come in with lower ownership than the Braves by default. I’m also planning to go overweight on some of the cheaper pitching options, namely Grayson Rodriguez and Kyle Harrison.

TheLuuch: The best offense in baseball is at Coors, with a projected run total over seven. These extremely expensive Braves are projected to carry a ton of ownership regardless of price. This makes me want to play Seattle and San Diego, who are in great spots and won’t see the ownership they deserve due to Atlanta. The public will own a ton of $6,000-$7,000 Braves bats, so I’m also hoping to snag exposure to a few high-end pitchers at lower projected ownership.

eys819: My preferred roster construction on this slate is saving as much money as possible at SP and spending up for the bats. Atlanta and San Diego are two high-priced offenses in elite spots. We have the high upside cheap pitching to fit them in today. I will be well overweight on Grayson Rodriguez, Bryan Woo and Kyle Harrison. I will even sprinkle in some Xzavion Curry and Johan Oviedo on DK where two pitchers are needed.

Who is your top overall pitcher (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
