MLB DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Wednesday, September 20
How do you plan to beat the field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
stevietpfl: With Kirby and Lugo in great matchups, I’m going to be overweight on the two popular pitchers for this slate. Giolito projects as the highest pOWN% on this slate, and I plan on being underweight on him. With the bats, I love fading Cleveland chalk, and that’s exactly what I plan on doing.
headChopper: There are good pitchers, not great on this slate. Kirby stands out, so he might be a lock button for me (it depends on how many lineups you have. 20 or less, and I lock him in). There are a couple of stacks that stand out but nothing too big, so I will minimally stack. Very few 4-man stacks, more 3-man or less.
fathalpert: Spread out at pitching. Lucas Giolito will probably be chalky, but in order to access the more expensive stacks like ATL, I’ll be willing to get weird. More specifically, I’ll include Brayan Bello and Josiah Gray in my pitching pool if I need the savings. On the more expensive side, I like Bailey Ober, Seth Lugo, Logan Webb, and Hunter Greene, and I will mix and match.
AlexSonty: There are a lot of really strong stacks — Nationals, Padres, Guardians, Orioles, and Twins, to name a few. I’m gonna keep it simple and stack the Reds in The Great American Ball Small Park with the Braves as a leverage stack. I also don’t see a world of difference between George Kirby, Seth Lugo, Lucas Giolito, and Logan Webb, so I’m gonna let pOWN% be my guide there, as they’re all affordable.
