MLB DFS is complex. Most articles on MLB DFS picks are about the individual players most likely to succeed on any given day, but the MLB DFS picks most likely to succeed aren’t always the MLB DFS picks we should be most likely to play.
In this space, we will look at the MLB DFS process over the MLB DFS picks. And we’re looking at teams over individual players, using the features of the RotoGrinders Top Stacks tool. We’ll still look at the player projections available in LineupHQ. Still, we’ll be more focused on collective ownership, optimal scores, and matchups of full stacks within the context of game selection and leverage.
I’m not going to beat around the bush here- I got wrapped up in all of my NFL content and forgot I was on stacks duty for MLB today. Luckily, late is better than never. We have 11 games on the main slate, so there are plenty of stacks to choose from. Let’s dive right into the slate.
The Chalkiest Stack – Orioles vs. Tanner Houck
We don’t have one team that is garnering a lot more ownership than the rest tonight, so I picked my favorite of the chalkiest stacks. The Orioles go on the road to take on Tanner Houck and the Red Sox. This is one of the best ballparks in baseball and the Orioles have the perfect lineup to take advantage of this matchup. On the season, Houck has allowed a .376 wOBA to batters from the left side of the plate.
