Mat Latos – Dollar for dollar, Latos is one of the top pitching plays tonight. He has pitched well since coming back from injury and gets a dream matchup tonight against the Padres in Petco. Latos is a slight favorite in a game that features the lowest run total of any game on the schedule. Expect another quality outing from Latos tonight. Rating = 7

Jesse Hahn – If you have taken a chance on Hahn this season, you have likely been rewarded handsomely. He’s looking to prove that he isn’t a fluke and will certainly gain some followers if he can pitch well against the Reds tonight. Rating = 6
