Happy Monday! Today’s 15-game MLB slate began earlier this afternoon in Kansas City, but there are still 14 games left on tap for those looking to get in on the action.
As always, it’s important to take a look at the MLB Weather report before locking-in any wagers. Tonight’s most favorable hitting conditions are at Wrigley Field, with the temperature above 70 degrees and 15 mph winds forecast to be blowing out towards left-center field.
Below, you can find my three picks for Monday, March 30th!
Best MLB Player Props for Monday, March 30th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with the first pitch scheduled for 6:35 PM ET on Monday, March 30th:
- Kazuma Okamoto Over/Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
- Jose Ramirez Over/Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
- Kyle Tucker Over/Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
Kazuma Okamoto OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-103, DraftKings)
Okamoto is slotted in the 7-hole tonight, so we are getting a discount on this line. A hitter’s place in the lineup is directly correlated with runs and RBIs, but that might not matter as much tonight in a matchup against Tomoyuki Sugano.
Among 127 pitchers to log 100+ innings last season, only 3 had a worse xERA than Sugano. Only 9 such pitchers had a lower K%. Only 4 allowed a higher barrel%.
Okamoto has plus bat speed and plus bat-to-ball skills. He’s a threat to do damage at the plate on a nightly basis, and even more so when the opposing pitcher doesn’t project to generate many swings and misses.
Jose Ramirez OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-105, BetMGM)
Ramirez had a tough opening weekend, with only 2 hits in 16 trips to the plate. That being said, T-Mobile Park is the most pitcher-friendly venue in the big leagues, and Seattle threw some talented arms at Cleveland.
Tonight, Ramirez draws a favorable matchup against Roki Sasaki, who seemingly has no answers across the platoon. In 2025, Sasaki had a 6.89 FIP and 1.55 WHIP against lefties.
The primary risk here is that Ramirez walks, but nobody drives him home. At close to even money though, this is a worthwhile risk against a starting pitcher who is barely holding on to an MLB roster spot at the moment.
Kyle Tucker OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-118, BetMGM)
Kyle Tucker has been King Tucker for us to begin the season – cashing both of our hitter prop recommendations on him so far in 2026. He’s likely to be in the 2-hole again on Monday against Parker Messick, who barely touches 90 mph with his fastball.
Tucker hit .269 with a 134 wRC+ against southpaws in 2025. He’s a career .267 hitter with a 132 wRC+ in same-sided matchups, so there shouldn’t be this much of a discount in price based on the matchup.
Following a day off for the Dodgers on Sunday, Tucker should also be rested. There aren’t many convincing reasons why this price is as playable as we are seeing. This is tremendous value.
