MMA DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for UFC 297 – Strickland vs. Du Plessis

What are your thoughts about stacking the 5-round fight in cash?

eys819: I would definitely stack the main event since it is nearly a coin flip. Locking in both fighters should guarantee a very strong score from the winner is in your lineup. Buena Silva has the upside in the women’s fight, and I would prefer her over Pennington despite the pricing gap. Pennington is not cheap enough to where she would be a priority for me for cash games.

Moneyball16: All four fighters in the championship 5-round fights are strong cash plays. The women’s fight is a 60/40 fight that’s almost a coin flip to go the full 5 rounds, and the men’s fight is a 55/45 that should be fought at a pretty good pace.

h3budda: There are two 5-round title fights on this card that you could absolutely double stack in cash. You would be locking in -110 to go to a decision for the women, and the men could have a competitive striking affair. There aren’t any values or safety down below on this card. Taveras is +175 inside the distance and provides upside, but he would still be considered a punt.

What is the fight you are most likely to avoid and why?
