What are your thoughts about stacking the 5-round fights in cash games?
h3budda: With two 5-round fights on this slate, you will need to take a firm stand in cash. You have two very high-volume, fantasy-relevant fights. I would strongly consider stacking both of these. You have the women’s co-main, which is +120 to go to a decision. It is going to be a very competitive fight, which means you can get a nice opportunity to secure a solid floor of strikes with grappling. The main event is an even stronger stack target at -170 to go to a decision.
Moneyball16: Both of these fights are very attractive in cash. Du Plessis/Strickland should be fought at a good pace and is a -134 favorite to go the full 5 rounds. When they fought last year, they combined for a strong 190 DraftKings points. Suarez/Weili is not as good, but still very good with +132 odds to go the full 5 rounds. In their fight history, their fights have been fought at a strong DFS pace, and with it being so close to a 50/50, I think you want to stack both of these fights in cash.
Bward586: I normally don’t like stacking multiple 5-rounders, but it seems borderline unavoidable here. All four fighters are capable of putting up solid scores even in losing efforts, and all should score well relative to their salaries. I’ll be limiting my decision points to the other two lineup spots this time.
